Campus Safety

Campus Safety

At R.M.L Institute of Medical Sciences, the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff are of utmost importance. We have implemented comprehensive security measures to create a secure and peaceful learning environment across the entire campus, including hostels.

Key safety measures in place include:

  • Secured Campus Perimeter: The campus is enclosed by a high boundary wall topped with barbed wire to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Controlled Entry: There is a single, monitored entry gate that is manned 24/7 by trained armed security personnel.
  • Security Screening: All bags and belongings of students and visitors are subject to manual checks. A metal detector is also installed at the main entrance to enhance security screening.
  • Visitor Verification: A visitor register is maintained at the gate. Details including identification proof and contact information of all visitors and unknown entrants are carefully recorded and verified.
  • Surveillance: CCTV cameras are strategically installed throughout the campus to monitor activity and ensure safety at all times.
  • Monitoring of Common Areas: Facilities such as the canteen and mess are regularly inspected and closely monitored, with prompt action taken whenever required.
  • Identification Protocol: All students are issued ID cards, and wearing/displaying these ID cards at all times within the campus is mandatory.

These measures reflect our commitment to maintaining a safe, disciplined, and secure academic environment for everyone on campus.
